Advanced Motor Comparison (Stepper vs Servo vs DC)

Lesson Content

1. DC Motor: Excellent for high speed and continuous movement (robot wheels). 2. Servo: Excellent for torque and angle control (robotic arms and steering) but cannot rotate 360 degrees. 3. Stepper: Excellent for precise position control without feedback sensors, slow speed, and has holding torque to maintain position — like 3D printers.

Common Mistakes
